I think it's an authentic version of Hakata Ramen. It may be overstated to say that it hides a line from the currently straying ramen, and that the classic is the strongest form. It's amazing that you can do this for 500 yen.

Since replacement balls are boiled and the clerk puts them directly into the bowl from the ball, you must make sure that the order is correct. The first floor is only a counter, but there are table seats on the second floor, so if you go with a large number of people, you will go up to the second floor. The pork is good, but I recommend curry-flavored for some reason. If you put it in ramen, it will have a mysterious taste.
